Office of Academic Personnel Department Mission
The Office of Academic Personnel provides policy analysis, interpretation, and training in academic personnel related issues within the School of Medicine. The Office oversees the processing of all School of Medicine academic personnel actions and is responsible for many personnel related activities including academic recruitment, appointment, merit and promotion review, faculty development and mentoring, sabbatical leaves, Health Sciences Compensation Plan salary administration, diversity programs, employee and labor relations, and Volunteer Clinical Faculty administration.
