Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine
The Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine is an integral part of the UC Davis Health System providing clinical, educational and research services to the communities of Northern California. The principal focus of our clinical services and clinical research is at the UC Davis Medical Center in California's capital, Sacramento.
The department also conducts basic science research into fundamental questions relating to anesthesia, pain and the neurosciences on the main UC Davis campus in the neighboring city of Davis, California.
